Guided Meditations

Meditation in its simplest form is the ability to unplug from distractions and experience the present moment.


Simple formula

  • Identify the object of your attention: breath, mantra, sound, object - flickering candle

  • Let that focus go, consciously or subconsciously

  • Fall into the gap of peace and stillness

  • Recognize your thoughts without judgement

  • Bring it back to the object of your attention

  • Repeat


Additional tips

  • Get comfortable - in your bed, on the couch, yoga mat, in your car

  • Aim for 2 x day - first thing in the morning and second around 4pm

  • Second meditation of the day can really help you let go of your day to be present with your loved ones

  • When we meditate, we are training our brain

  • Show up every day, start with 2 minutes, keep adding on a minute each week

  • What you practice makes you stronger!
