Protein Bliss Balls

gluten free/vegan

I received this recipe from Conscious Cuisine on Maui. These are fun snacks for the kids. I also bring them to school events and the children and adults love them!


2 cups raw cashews

1 cup raw walnuts

1 bag raw meal vanilla protein powder

8-10 medjool dates

3 Tbsp. cacao powder

2 Tbsp. coconut oil

Dash of salt

Hemp seeds to cover the balls 


Pulse the cashews to a flour consistency then add remaining ingredients and pulse until a crumbly, sticky dough forms (more dates or coconut oil will help if dough is too dry). Roll into balls and cover in hemp seeds before refrigerating.
